It’s already 15 years ago, when I programmed a microcontroller at school. At that time it was a 8051, if I remember it correctly.
Today it’s far easier, as the development tools are more comfortable and most stuff published as open source.
I hope I can publish some articles based on my experiences with the Atmel AVR and my equipment around them.
